re: #68 Mich-again

As fast as Walker and his Tea Baggers jammed through the anti-Union laws, I’m surprised they didn’t eliminate recall elections for the duration of Walker’s term.

I learned from my reading/listening to the Rise and Fall of the Third Reich by William Shirer, among other things, that the Nazi’s also shut down Unions. Corporate types had no problem building the “ovens” and other accouterments for the various activities of the military.

Reminded me of the Private Prisons System of today, actually.

All this new information for my mind to sort and decide if it is relevant for today’s situation.
