If it turns out to have national implications a statement will be issued. Just as a the death of the guy down the street would not be mentioned, but the death of congressman would. Normally, the murder of a doctor would not get a mention, but this one was domestic terrorism.

Per a previous poster, there are multiple counts of terrorism…. how is this different?
