Asked me why I wasn’t spitting teeth for using the word “redneck” in front of my west Texas friends, then characterized it as a racial slur.

It’s a very PC response.

But I bet that guy was anti-“pc”, though.

I don’t use slurs like “cracker” (unless it’s a regional identity like Florida or Georgia Cracker, and then, always capitalized) or “redneck” against people, online or off. But I’m also not going to bleep them out when writing them, either. Same for any other slur unless I know it’s going to be bleeped out anyway.
