Nah, I don’t think it will come to that. they’re kinda upset that I’m killing the rats. I talked to them about it and they bought new compost bins and moved them to another part of their yard. Hopefully it won’t get this out of control again but they’re pretty stupid. It’s best for me to take matters into my own hands and deal with the rat population myself instead of expecting them to do it.

I tried killing rats for a while with poison and traps. It’s pointless beyond taking steps to make sure sure one doesn’t feed them beyond what nature does. I quite when I killed a bird in a trap. Still bothers me.
