So the state of CA apparently is threatening to provide IOU’s instead of refunding YOUR MONEY when there is a refund due, if they don’t get bailout money.

This according to my H&R block tax peep.

When is enough enough? When can we start throwing these crooks in prison for mismanaging our once great and prosperous nation.
