It’s bad when sleep v. a higher electric bill becomes an issue.

That’s been my entire adult life! The endless struggle to conserve energy my bank balance. Thankfully, under President Obama, my electricity bills will necessarily skyrocket. This is part of his three-step plan to save the economy and the world:

1) Do as I wish; here’s some new laws.
3) Everybody’s happy! All is better!
