I’d think giving her a mouse would be a better idea. Let the cat tack out its aggression naturally. Fatal for the mouse, but the cat will enjoy it.

The drugs are just a temporary measure until we figure what’s going on with her. She’s unfortunately taking out her aggression on the other cat right now.
