Having quickly perused Throbert’s link, one thing I can say in Greenwald’s “defense” (in a way)… it appears that some were questioning whether the law firm with which he used to be associated (Wacthell Lipton) is “prestigious”. Yes, it is. For M&A, it’s probably the top firm in the country.
