Looks like a good read. Speaking of Lloyd George, I read his great granddaughter’s book on the Paris Conference. As I recall, it was a little biased in his favor but MacMillian did a nice job covering the nationalist groups in the aftermath of WWII. I say this as someone of Slovene decent, I think a great mistake was making that one nation. Of course, that’s easy to say in hindsight but the Pan-South Slavism movement was doomed from the get go in my opinion.
