Pan roasted with olive oil, garlic, onion, rosemary, and thyme. Good idea to go with some salmon, or maybe lamb.

Though it appears that lamb is no longer the dish of choice.

Though the article seems to ignore the fact that lamb is simply not cheap as compared to eating beef or even certain cuts of veal.

I know this may seem outrageous (or at least some will outrage) but I don’t like potatoes with garlic. Something out the combo just doesn’t work for me.
