Instead of trying to mind read the supporters of a candidate you don’t support how about asking them? Or even reasoning with them. The fight against fascism is going to require all of us.

I tried reasoning with several of them. The most polite told me (effectively) that they would “agree to disagree” with me. The less polite ones accused me of being a Republican, a rich asshole, and of being on the Clinton campaign’s payroll for trying to address his total disconnect from reality.
