I don’t know… how to you stop a political elite that has almost totally lost touch with the citizens, who see power and money as their only goal, how do you stop special interest and big business who fuel those political ambitions with the needed gelt and how do the citizens do anything about it, when our “vote” simply shuffles the deck, but we are using the same old dirty deck?

Walter, that’s a cynical take on it. I console myself by realizing that wealthy and powerful people aren’t really that smart. I work for many of them: it amazes me at times how stupid and ignorant many of them can be. Some of them are really good people.

They are more like us than unlike us.
