Yes. The ‘93 WTC trials were held in NY. They resulted in convictions and sentences to SuperMax prisons. Where the perps are rotting.

I don’t want KSM to rot, I want him to die. His execution will send a better message than his imprisonment would send. Giving KSM a life sentence would be seen as a sign that we are too weak to kill when we should. That is not a signal we should send.
