Reconcile this:

Then the FBI turns around and says what happens once they turn over a scene isn’t up to them. Ummm, does one hand at the FBI know what the other is doing?

Me: “Why’d you seize a cable bill?” Agent: “To show his presence in the house.” Me: “The house he owns in his name, where you arrested him?”

This is literally the first time in 21 years of criminal law I’ve ever seen a problem with cops not taking ENOUGH THINGS in a search.
