Evening, lizards. We had a loverly New Year’s day, bright with sinshine, cold to the bones and a sky so blue it hurt to look at it.
And I’m sipping on a glass of bubbly sweetened with fresh-squeezed orange juice.
Chicken schnitzel with spaetzle, buttered baby red potatoes and green beans for dinner later, finished off with some loverly dark chocolate truffles given to me as a gift, for my New Year’s day dessert.
Life is good. :D
