Romney to attend NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Richmond

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is expected to attend Saturday night’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Richmond International Raceway.

According to a schedule release from his campaign on Friday, Romney is planning to appear at the racetrack, where he will participate in pre-race activities. He is scheduled to be in the Commonwealth of Virginia throughout Saturday, beginning with a campaign rally in Virginia Beach.
