I pet Rosa. She is a 1 year old Teacup Chihuahua. She likes to be with her family all the time. Rosa was a birthday gift. She was so tiny as a puppy, that her caregiver quickly learned he couldn’t use the retractable leash. When he pushed the button, Rosa retracted too. pic.twitter.com/P8OUNAwODI
