I have no data to link. I have seen articles and TV shows on this. Many teens have children in order to get welfare and other social assistance so they can live on their own. It is also often reported in connection with the “cycle of poverty” phenomenon.
Much politics involved concerning societal responsibility but apparently a true phenomenon.
