With no coast guard to defend its shores, Somalis began complaining that vessels from Asia and Europe were dumping toxic waste in their waters and illegally scooping up red snapper, barracuda and tuna. The rampant illegal fishing began destroying the livelihoods of local fishermen.

Wouldn’t “dumping toxic waste” kind of ruin the fishing area? Either the “eeville white man” dumped toxic waste or poached on their fishing area, but not both at the same time.

Not that blame-USA media douchenozzles can make that distinction.

Is it too mean of me to wish these media shitbags get kidnapped by the Somalian equivalent of Captain Barnacle or whatever the guy’s name was, that Geoffrey Rush played in the movie?
