There’s wisdom in the Talmud for sure (although I’m no expert). But I’m a little iffy on Treasury Bonds right now…given that someone (hmm…the taxpayers) end up covering the payments/interest. At some point, I think we need to get away from putting private capital into government “investments”. Whether it’s taxes, government bonds, whatever, it is money leaving the private sector - never to return.
