Most people who’d be ticked off by that article will never know it was written. National Review is not well known outside of the US and it is effectively unknown outside of the Anglosphere.

That’s not to suggest its a good article. It’s not: It’s over the top and needlessly hostile. It’s being seen by few non-Americans doesn’t make it better.
