I thought that’s what they might be, but I wasn’t sure. Irish flag colors, I suppose?

I generally order 3-4 (depending on number of guests at dinner) and then ask them to surprise me with the colors/flavors selected. There are normally 5-6 different types there.

And we often end up halving or quartering them so that more people can try the different flavors.
