Every time I think that if it weren’t for the BernieBros in 2016, the court would be at least 5-4 or maybe 6-3 liberal, I recall the Republican Senators who said in 2016 that they might not vote to confirm any of her judicial appointments. It’s possible that a Hillary victory would have included a Democratic Senate, but if not our nation would have been in dire straits from the day she took office. So let us see what happens in November. If we are triumphant across the board, we can begin to repair our nation and the courts.
