They have dropboxes for ballots that you haven’t mailed off for some reason, but if your ballot hasn’t arrived at a dropbox or county election office by 8 pm Pacific tonight, you’re SOL.

I always take mine to the dropbox to save a stamp. (WA here). Fortunately, it’s only a couple of blocks away. Oregon originally gave voters a paid return envelope for their ballots, but the Republicans sued, calling it “buying votes”, so Washington knew better from the get-go.
