So, I’m hearing talk that Trump might not sign the bill until next year so they won’t have to deal with the Pay/Go thing right before the midterms. But I thought that a president only had 10 days to sit on a bill without it becoming law without a signature. Wouldn’t that still put the passage in 2017 and thus be the same as it being signed? Or can Congress delay a couple days in sending it to him?
