Stick with Discovery, History (somewhat; some is garbage), Military, Science, National Geographic, etc.
And even when History has some dumb UFO or Bermuda Triangle show, I only get the urge to change the channel, not throw anything at the TV.

Don’t forget the FOOD NETWORK,,,, Man VS Food is great!
