I am in no position to disagree. But the exercise of prosecutorial discretion is not exactly the same as a judicial verdict of not guilty. Depending on one’s view of politics in the DA’s office and/or the integrity of the jury system, the result may be clear as crystal…or not.
Either way, though, President Obama’s long-awaited rescue of ACORN from under the bus can no longer be withheld, and at least this will clear the air once and for all.
