I’m sorry but um, we don’t think going into old people’s homes and cleaning up their shit really rises up to the level of minimum wage worthy work. We’d prefer a reward structure that attracts the worst of the worst for that job, people who are absolutely unqualified to do anything else. That’s how we show the elderly that we really care about their safety and well being.
