It was unbelievable. And the thing of it is, the girl is likely to do that again if she knows the worst that will happen is to be removed from the room/pool/store/restaurant with no other serious consequence.

It’s harder to deal with in public than in private, that’s for sure. I agree with Mandy that a swat on the butt might have been appropriate, but then some do-gooder would have thought it was child abuse.
