The inauguration outfit was wrong on all levels.
It was not attractive.
It was shapeless.
It sparkled wayyyyyyyyyyy too much for daytime.
It was just the wrong wrong wrong choice for that event.

The ball gown later was just as awful, imo.

Hi {reine}, that ball gown was like an overgrown tutu from a ballet with those feathers and ruffles

Goodness, I hope she grows some fashion sense soon!

However our lovely fashion people are just raving about her here - I can just see thousands of Aussie women ripping down the drapes and shower curtains and wearing them :-)
