We overlook one of the key rights put forth in the Constitution, the right to petition for the redress of grievances.

If police officers violate a person’s right while carrying out their duties anonymously, how is an aggrieved party able to find out who is behind it?

A basic violation of Constitutional rights is more than just a “local matter”
