So, just to make sure I understand:

1) Barry wants the Gitmo boys cut loose;

2) Barry thinks cutting them loose might lead to recidivist attacks on the US;

3) But keeping these known enemies locked up is sure to encourage others to follow their path.

So, what is it, Barry? Do we at least secure those we know mean to do us harm, or do we release known enemies in order to prevent the possibility of future enemies being inspired by nothing other than the fact that we have locked up known enemies?
