No, the Beretta 21 Bobcat was not even produced by the time the Mossad had made the Beretta 70 and the functionally identical 71 famous. Also carried and used by the Israeli Sky Marshals over a decade before the Bobcat was born.

The Beretta 70/71 has a 3.5” barrel, the little Bobcat has a 2.4” barrel and the Taurus PT-22 knockoff you have has a 2.75” barrel.

Size matters with pistols.
