Guy interviewed on CNN this am added another perspective - all restaurants closed, all stores out of paper plates, basically the only thing you can eat is frozen food if you can’t use water.

What? That’s so untrue. There are plenty of things to eat without the use of water. And you can’t cook a lot of frozen stuff without water, like veggies.

They’re probably thinking of those awful frozen dinner things.

ETA: Although this is an awful thing—I’d be highly pissed, too. FEMA is sending in water, so they will have some for drinking, cooking, etc.
