That reply was in direct reply to a deliberately deceptive characterization by Skip. We may argue but lumping me in with the NRA earned that response. And then some. Won’t have it.

I’m not lumping YOU in with anyone. The only thing I know about you is what you write here, so that’s what I respond to.

As for my comments about the NRA and GOP, I’ll stand by my contention that what you call “straw men” are the actual daily talking points employed by the NRA and GOP. Please, tell me how their talking points differ so much from what Skip wrote.
