That’s to ENTER the U.S. The way I interpreted the CBC article, Canada is the one requiring the test to reenter. I could be wrong, but it’s something I highly suggest you make sure of before entering the U.S. Would hate for you to get stuck for 3 or more days waiting for a test result.
