Speaking of being in the gutter, Reuters is reporting “U.S. private sector cuts 697,000 jobs in February” according to the ADP payrolls data released this morning. Immediately afterwards the Dow’s green start went flat. Now all we need is a comment from the White House and we can get back to red.
