You mean the definition? Submission. Not peace, as many apologists would have you believe.

I am Muslim and I will gladly confirm that the word Islam does indeed mean submission (salam means peace). That being said, I didn’t ask you for the definition of the word Islam, I asked you to identify the overarching concept that is the foundation of Islam.
