I met Robin Williams. He came in the ski shop looking for goggles. He bought the most expensive ones we sold, with a built in camera, GPS, y’know, goggles that require a battery. He was pretty shy but nice enough. I can remember him walking around the base village in Beaver Creek, taking pictures of the buildings and mountain vistas. No one even batted and eye, he was just a face in the crowd. He performed that night in the Arts Center at the base area, tickets were $150.
