Purely a question of willing. Able is easy when you’re talking about preventing a fixed wing aircraft from taking off. Block the runway and that plane isn’t going anywhere.

Donnie might be crazy enough to order them to make a run for it, and there _might_ be someone crazy enough to listen to him.

And for all we know, he might have a second plane under his control at the same airport, and might be crazy enough to try a Hollywood spy thriller style getaway.
