That is the one thing that could work - but does Hoffa want to engage Fox on that level? Murdoch would have no reservations about dropping as much money on legal fees as his lawyers would ask.

I wish there was an insanely wealthy person who would decide to go after Fox, no matter the cost. There doesn’t seem to be anyone out there that fit the criteria.
