Has anyone ever been part of a Neighborhood Watch? Since when has any Neighborhood Watcher had the authority to shoot someone! Even if the kid was committing a crime and there’s no evidence thus far that he was. There’s no doubt in my mind this was racially motivated, because otherwise, he simply would have called 911 and let cops do their job.
