Execution of a scumbag set for Nov. 10.

A judge yesterday set a Nov. 10 execution date for John Allen Muhammad, mastermind of the 2002 Washington D.C.-area sniper attacks that killed 10.

It will be appealed.

This guy has already lived a few years too long.
