Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion, but when you’re a major media figure, saying this sort of thing on the air can and will have consequences. What Beck said wasn’t appropriate, and he should have issued a retraction. It shows unprofessionalism and lack of integrity on the part of fox news. The White House is in the right to be offended, and if fox wants to play by their own rules, why can’t the White House treat them likewise?

they can, but what’s the real political benefit?…does he gain favor for being tough?, or lose it for appearing wimpy?..either way it does not seem to me to be a bad strategy to ignore Fox…not to is worse imo
