Picking what fight. You are talking about Moses and the texts, you are always striving for a scientific point of view about matters, I see history, textual criticisms, religion, archeology, all those subjects as backed by science. For me faith has nothing to do with it.

So, what fight am I picking, because I agree with Salamantis that the torah has most of it’s textual roots in other, more ancient writings.

NO Walter, you were trying to snark. You have quite the habit of trying to redefine yourself. Please Walter. You hate all religion. You hold it in contempt. There is no point discussing it with you.

You are free to hold all religion in contempt. That is your right.

However, I have no desire to defend all faith with you in a fruitless exercise. You would not hear me if I tried and you would not care to even try to listen.
