1950. Right there is the issue. Even if it was forged, how would you/they/them know? 1950 is a long time back. But something’s up. Zona has a lot of Harleys and a lot of shops and a bit more folks wearing rockers. Good luck.

This is probably the 5th or 6th early 50s Harley that hubs has restored or built from ground up over the past couple of decades, so he isn’t a novice at this. First time we’ve ever had this problem.
