Sadly you may be right.

If we keep up our pace in this country we may be the people that no one will want visiting or staying in their countries.

I imagine certain states already draw some raised eyebrows across the ponds.

I think instead of flight insurance - do they still sell that? - foreign travelers will be offered getting shot insurance. The premiums will be pretty high though.
