It’s pretty terrible but I really don’t think that should be illegal. Thankfully our Constitution protects free speech even when it’s awful.

From the article:

British Transport police said a 34-year-old woman had been arrested on suspicion of a racially aggravated public order offence.

Sounds to me like she was arrested for disturbing the peace. Even we have that.
