While I get the point, I think if there are fewer health insurance companies (if single payer is enacted, there will always be supplementary plans for things healthcare won’t cover like private rooms, etc.), more doctors will take Medicare, or whatever it is called. But Bernie does little more than poison the well. No details. All promises. Just like always.

This is the crux of much of the criticism towards the man’s proposals: They’re largely composed of wishful thinking, rather than hard numbers or solid ideas. Medicare-For-All is a nice suggestion, but unless you’ve got things down to a science, all you’re doing is giving the critics ammunition when they tear the bill apart to show how laughably naive it is. 15 Senators may like the idea, but they’re going to look like fools when this bills implodes due to lack of planning.
