Again, for the paranoids like Fischer this is a declaration and not rule of law. We are also covered by the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.

If Fischer did bother to read the declaration or if he was even being honest he would have at least pointed this out:

Why would e read it? He’s not trying to make a point, he’s tooting on his dog whistle.
